What is National Junior Honor Society?

NJHS is an organization for students in the middle school who show outstanding performance in scholarship, citizenship, service, leadership, and character. The purpose of the Sunrise NJHS is to create enthusiasm for superior scholarship; to develop loyal pupil citizenship; to stimulate a desire to serve faithfully one’s school, community, and country; to promote trustworthy leadership; and to instill exemplary qualities of character in its members.
